Dena Moore, Director of Community Foundation

As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Dena dives deep into the innovative ideas that cross the desks and minds of her Community Foundation colleagues. If an idea seems exciting enough, she will figure out whether the Foundation should consider implementing it (and if so, how). This sort of strategic thinking and execution is in her blood after more than 30 years of consulting, financial advisory work, and serving as the COO for a rapidly growing entrepreneurial company. She loves helping the Community Foundation consider how it might work in new and innovative ways, thereby creating an even a greater impact in the Richmond area.
