Bill Carrico, Executive Director, Virginia State Police Association

Bill Carrico served as a member of the Senate of Virginia from 2012 to 2020, representing the 40th district. From 2002 to 2011, he was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 5th district in the southwestern part of the state. Prior to that, he was a Virginia State Trooper.
