Erin Melton, Director of Marketing & Sales, Covenant Woods

Erin serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales and joined the leadership team in 2021. She is originally from Pennsylvania and graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. Erin has 20 years of experience in senior living marketing, both locally and nationally. She worked for Covenant Woods from 2008-2016 as the Marketing Manager and spent a few years as a Sales Consultant for GlynnDevins. During that time she worked in several senior living markets around the country including New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, Florida and nearby in Norfolk.

As the Director of Marketing and Sales, Erin is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to maintain census, overseeing the cultivation and retention of prospects, participating in community outreach, as well as managing public relations and coordinating corporate communications.

In her spare time, Erin loves spending time with her family. Her stepdaughter Madison is a recent graduate of Colorado University in Boulder. Erin also enjoys exercise, being outdoors, and gardening.
