Greg Werkheiser, CEO, ARtGlass

Greg Werkheiser will join us to talk about "The Future of History." He is co-founder of Cultural Heritage Partners, a global law firm tackling controversies involving the protection of art, artifacts, architecture, landscapes, and folkways. His team recovers Nazi-looted art, defends American Indian sacred sites, battles the black-market trade in looted antiquities, and seeks balance between development and historic preservation.

Greg is also CEO of ARtGlass, the first wearable (on transparent smartglasses) Augmented Reality software company to bring immersive AR experiences to millions of visitors to museums and historic sites around the world, from ancient Pompeii to Richmond's Monument Avenue. We’ll explore how history, technology, and intelligence are intermingling to reshape our understanding of the past and the future.
